Team Meeting Activities

  1. Register as users on the CS Wiki:
  2. Email username to course professor
  3. Create a google doc folder for your team. Invite all members and the course instructor (
  4. Make folders in this folder for meeting notes, requirements doc, and interview notes and questions to be answered. You will likely need more later.
  5. Go to wiki page from the wiki page at the "2018 Team Projects" here.
  6. Add links from this page to you google doc folders.
  7. Elect a secretary, and begin to take notes for this meeting.
  8. Set up a weekly meeting time for your group, minimum of 1 hour. Add time to wiki page
  9. Begin planning your approach to this project. This should include a set of initial questions you plan to ask.
  10. Gather all contact information you will need for this project, add to wiki page
  11. Meet with the course instructor and discuss your plans at this point.
